These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Siso ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the Siso platform, including its mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Siso Platform").
By accessing or using any part of the Siso Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Siso Platform.
Siso is a global fitness platform designed to help users achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized workout plans, professional training content, class scheduling, and fitness data tracking. These services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only, and are subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement.
If you are accessing the Siso Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

At Siso, we are committed to providing a safe and secure experience for all users. In line with this commitment, we have implemented strict age-related policies to protect minors. Siso is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you affirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited from using Siso, and we request that you do not attempt to register or provide any personal information.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal data from individuals under the age of 18. We do not offer services or content specifically intended for minors. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to remove such data from our records and terminate any associated accounts.
During the registration process, users are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. This is a necessary step to ensure compliance with our age restriction policy. If we find that a user has provided false information regarding their age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and delete any associated data.
Siso strongly encourages parents or guardians to actively monitor their children’s use of the app and ensure that their children comply with our age requirements. We recommend that parents use available tools to limit the collection of personal information from minors and supervise their children's online activities to protect their privacy.
Parents and guardians should be aware that, while Siso takes measures to restrict access to minors, we cannot control all interactions and user-generated content within the app. We advise that parents and guardians review the app’s content and features to understand how their children may interact with the platform.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a user under the age of 18, we will immediately take action to delete the data and terminate the user’s account. This action will be taken as soon as we are made aware of such a situation, either through user reports or our own internal checks.
If you believe we have collected information from a child under the age of 18, or if you are a parent or guardian and wish to request the deletion of data related to your child, please contact us immediately at service@siso.social
Siso is committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of children's privacy, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and similar laws in other countries. We follow these laws strictly to ensure that minors' privacy is respected and protected.
We take user safety seriously and have put several measures in place to promote a safe online environment. However, parents and guardians should understand that while we strive to create a protected environment for all users, we cannot guarantee the safety of minors when interacting with other users.
We encourage parents to have discussions with their children about online safety, including responsible use of apps, protecting personal information, and interacting with others online.
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to register and use the Siso Platform. By accessing or using the services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you meet the applicable age requirement. If you are under the required age, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. Accounts that violate this rule may be suspended or permanently removed.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and when updating your account. It is strictly prohibited to use false identities, impersonate others, or submit misleading information. Any violations of this requirement may result in account suspension or legal consequences.
You also agree to use the Siso Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. This includes using the services solely for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes; respecting other users, trainers, and staff; and refraining from uploading or sharing harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content. Any actions that interfere with the integrity, security, or functionality of the platform—such as spamming, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools—are strictly forbidden.
Siso reserves the right to monitor platform activity and enforce these terms by issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending accounts, or taking further legal action when necessary.
To access and use the core features of the Siso Platform, you must register for a personal user account. During registration, you are required to provide basic information such as your email address, a secure password, and optional profile details that may help us tailor your experience.
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account. We strongly recommend choosing a strong and unique password, and logging out after each session, especially on shared or public devices. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us immediately at service@siso.social
Currently, Siso does not support direct integration with external services such as Apple Health or Google Fit. However, we may offer such connectivity in the future to enable workout data synchronization or personalized health insights. If implemented, such features will be entirely optional and subject to separate user consent and privacy controls.
Siso reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, compromised by unauthorized access, or involved in any form of misuse or fraudulent activity.
The Siso Platform is a digital fitness service that offers a range of free core features designed to support users in developing consistent workout habits, exploring structured routines, and engaging with a supportive fitness community.
Free features currently available on the Siso Platform include:
• Workout Program Browsing: Users can explore various fitness programs tailored to different goals (e.g., weight loss, strength, endurance), experience levels, and durations.
• Daily Check-In and Workout Logging: Users can log their workouts, check in daily, and build healthy fitness routines over time.
• Personalized Training Plans: Siso provides structured weekly or monthly training plans based on the user's goals and preferences.
• Coach and Community Interaction: Users may engage with professional coaches and fellow users through comments, likes, and motivational exchanges on workout content.
While real-time data tracking and achievement display features are not currently available, Siso may introduce these functionalities in future updates to enhance user motivation and long-term fitness visualization. Any such features, when released, will be subject to user consent and applicable privacy controls.
All current services are intended for personal, non-commercial use, and are subject to change or enhancement as part of ongoing product development.
The Siso Platform allows users to create, upload, and share content related to their fitness activities. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Workout notes or personal reflections;
• Comments on fitness programs or trainer sessions;
• Photos or videos documenting training progress;
• Feedback on workout plans or general fitness discussions.
By posting content on the Siso Platform, you grant Siso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content, but acknowledge that it may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:
• Violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Contains false, misleading, or harmful information;
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Includes offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language;
• Promotes unsafe exercise practices or harmful health claims.
Siso reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines, and to take appropriate actions including warning, content takedown, or account suspension.
Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate or abusive content using in-app tools. All reports will be reviewed promptly to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members of the Siso community.
To use the Siso Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of digital consent in your country or region. By registering an account and using the services, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Siso does not knowingly collect personal information from users under the required minimum age. If we become aware that an account has been created by someone who does not meet the age requirement, the account may be suspended or permanently deleted.
We take the protection of minors seriously. In the event that access is granted to users under the age of 18 through lawful guardian consent (in jurisdictions where this is permitted), additional safety measures may apply. These include:
• Limited access to certain features that may present safety risks;
• Stronger content moderation and filtering policies;
• No collection of sensitive biometric or health-related data from minors;
• Clear disclaimers regarding physical risks associated with unsupervised training.
Siso strongly recommends that minors only engage in physical training under adult supervision and with medical clearance, especially when participating in intensive workouts.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has registered on the Siso Platform without your consent, please contact us at service@siso.social so we can promptly address the matter and ensure appropriate privacy safeguards.
As a user of the Siso Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information. This includes keeping your email address up to date, ensuring your password is strong and confidential, and promptly updating any personal details that may affect your use of the platform.
You may access your account settings at any time to modify profile information, change notification preferences, or manage app-connected devices. Please note that logging into Siso on multiple devices is permitted, but abnormal login activity (e.g., device switching at unusual frequency or from conflicting regions) may result in temporary verification requests or account restrictions for security purposes.
If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by following the instructions in the app's account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.
Please be aware of the following before deleting your account:
• All workout history, training plans, saved preferences, and community interactions will be erased and cannot be recovered.
• If you have made purchases or subscribed to services, certain transaction records may be retained for tax or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored. If you wish to rejoin, a new registration will be required.
Siso is committed to giving users control over their data while ensuring secure and lawful data handling in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
As a user of the Siso Platform, you agree to use the services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and community guidelines. To maintain a positive, safe, and trustworthy environment for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
• Falsifying fitness data: Deliberately inputting or fabricating workout statistics, progress records, or health-related data to deceive, mislead, or manipulate rankings or platform metrics.
• Malicious course interactions: Posting intentionally harmful, defamatory, or irrelevant comments on workout programs, coaches, or user-generated content.
• Spreading false health claims: Sharing medically unsupported or misleading information regarding nutrition, supplementation, exercise safety, or injury recovery.
• Promotion of unsafe practices: Publishing or promoting training advice, routines, or dietary approaches that endanger physical well-being or contradict widely accepted safety standards.
You must also refrain from:
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others;
• Uploading violent, pornographic, or discriminatory content;
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt platform functionality;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools.
Siso reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations, including content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans. In severe cases, legal action may be pursued.
All users are encouraged to report inappropriate content or behavior through the in-app reporting tools. Siso will review reports promptly and take enforcement actions as necessary.
Siso offers a range of virtual goods and premium features available through in-app purchases. These may include, but are not limited to:
• Workout plan bundles or specialty programs;
• Access to exclusive member-only training sessions;
• Personalized coaching or analysis tools;
• Visual enhancements, profile badges, or app interface themes;
• Other digital goods and services as introduced.
All virtual goods are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no real-world monetary value. They are intended solely for personal use within the Siso Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred to other accounts.
Payment Processing
All in-app purchases are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Siso does not store or handle your payment credentials directly.
Once a purchase is successfully completed:
• The purchased virtual goods or features will be immediately credited to your account;
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and accurate;
• All sales are considered final.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of virtual goods, all purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of proven technical errors (e.g., duplicate charges or failed delivery). Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must be handled via their respective support channels.
Siso reserves the right to modify, remove, or replace virtual items at any time to improve the platform’s functionality or balance. In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
Payment Methods
All payments for in-app purchases are processed through trusted third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Siso does not directly store or access your payment card or billing credentials.
Supported payment methods may vary depending on your region and device settings. You are responsible for ensuring that your selected payment method is valid, authorized, and has sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Transaction Records
You may view your purchase history at any time within your Siso account or through the billing sections of Apple or Google. Digital receipts and invoices will be issued by the respective payment platform in accordance with local tax and regulatory policies.
Payment Failure
In the event of a failed transaction, please follow these steps:
• Confirm your network connection and payment method status;
• Check for any restrictions on your bank or card provider’s end;
• Retry the payment or use an alternative method;
• If the issue persists, contact our support team with a screenshot of the payment attempt.
Siso is not liable for payment failures caused by third-party processing systems, user error, or insufficient funds.
Charge Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or encounter unauthorized charges, please contact Apple or Google support directly to initiate a formal dispute. Siso will assist by providing transaction logs upon request but does not control refund or dispute resolution outcomes handled by external platforms.
Siso offers optional subscription plans that grant users access to enhanced features and exclusive content. By subscribing, users may unlock premium functionality, including but not limited to:
• Unlimited access to all fitness programs and classes;
• Personalized training plan tracking and priority recommendations;
• Daily wellness summaries and activity insights;
• Ad-free experience across the platform;
• Invitations to members-only events, challenges, and promotions.
Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the original price.
Renewals and payments are managed by the App Store or Google Play. You can view or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Siso does not process subscription payments directly.
Free Trials and Promotions
Some subscription plans may offer a free trial period or limited-time promotional pricing. At the end of the trial or promotion, standard pricing will apply unless you cancel in advance. Specific terms will be clearly presented before activation.
Refunds
Active subscriptions are considered in use and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be handled via Apple or Google’s respective platforms. Siso cannot issue refunds directly.
Siso reserves the right to modify subscription benefits, pricing, or availability at any time with prior notice.
Siso is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and, where applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for health-related data.
Data Collected
When you use the Siso Platform, we may collect the following categories of data:
• Account Information: Email address, username, password, age range, gender (if provided).
• Fitness Activity Data: Manually logged or app-generated data about workouts, training plans, goals, and progress.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, language settings, and app version.
• Location Data: If enabled, we may collect location data to recommend nearby classes or tailor regional content. This feature is optional and can be disabled at any time.
• Usage Data: Interaction logs, preferences, and in-app behaviors to improve platform functionality.
Use of Data
Your data may be used for the following purposes:
• Delivering personalized training plans and content recommendations;
• Tracking progress and enhancing the user experience;
• Facilitating support and customer service;
• Improving service features through aggregated analytics;
• Ensuring platform security and preventing fraud.
Data Protection
Siso applies industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Your data is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or comply with legal obligations.

Siso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise compromised the integrity or security of the platform.
Grounds for account suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:
• Repeated violations of platform policies or community guidelines;
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed toward users or staff;
• Uploading prohibited, harmful, or unlawful content;
• Manipulation of system functions or data;
• Unauthorized use of automated tools, bots, or scraping methods.
In most cases, users will receive a warning before enforcement action is taken, except in cases involving serious violations such as threats to user safety, promotion of illegal activity, or clear evidence of fraud.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to:
• Your workout history and saved preferences;
• Any content or messages you have shared;
• Any pending support cases or community activity.
You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting customer support. Once deleted, your account and personal data will be permanently erased in accordance with our data retention policy, unless legally required to retain certain records.

The Siso Platform is designed to support users in pursuing their fitness and wellness goals. However, all exercises, training programs, and health-related content provided on or through the platform are intended for informational and general guidance purposes only.
Before beginning any fitness activity, users are strongly advised to consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider, particularly if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. By using the Siso Platform, you acknowledge and accept that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or aggravation of existing conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Siso disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Siso shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or reliance on its content;
• Siso does not guarantee that all exercises or programs are suitable for every individual and shall not be responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your participation.
You agree to use the Siso Platform at your own risk and take full responsibility for assessing your personal health and physical condition before engaging in any fitness activity. If you experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siso is legally registered or operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Siso Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through amicable negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, conducted in English, under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution designated by Siso (e.g., SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR, etc.). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be determined based on Siso’s registered jurisdiction or as otherwise mutually agreed between the parties. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits Siso’s right to seek equitable or injunctive relief before a competent court to prevent actual or threatened misuse of the platform, intellectual property violations, or data security breaches.
Siso reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, applicable laws, or service offerings. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the Siso Platform, unless otherwise required by law.
We may notify users of material changes through in-app notifications, emails, or other prominent communication methods. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Siso Platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Siso Platform and may contact customer support to request account closure.
These Terms, together with the Siso Privacy Policy and any other applicable legal notices or supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Siso regarding your use of the Siso Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid portion shall be deemed severable without affecting the validity of the rest.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Siso. Any attempt to do so without consent will be deemed null and void.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Siso’s failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translated versions are provided for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
